**As of May 23, 2025, the project is on hold.** The Mecosta-Osceola Intermediate School District (MOISD) is requesting proposals from qualified contractors for the completed installation of either asphalt or concrete pavement at the transportation facility located at 602 S. Bronson Avenue, Big Rapids, MI 49307. This project must be designed to accommodate bus traffic and meet all state and federal laws and regulations. The MOISD reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The MOISD is an equal-opportunity employer. The project scope includes, but is not limited to, the preparation, grading, and installation of either asphalt or concrete pavement over designated areas of the MOISD transportation facility. The installation must meet the structural and functional requirements necessary to support frequent heavy vehicle traffic. Removal of existing pavement or unsuitable materials as necessary. Grading and compaction of the subbase. Installation of drainage infrastructure as required by site conditions. Contractor must obtain all necessary local permits prior to the commencement of work.
