The Project as a whole includes improvements to two existing clarifiers at the Water Treatment Plant including recoating of existing steel mechanisms and support structures, recoating of clarifier room ceiling, repair of concrete spalls at clarifier perimeter railing, replacement of clarifier rubber skirt, repair of clarifier trough supports, and all related work. The City of Big Rapids reserves the right to accept any bid, reject any or all bids Question Deadline 03/25/2025 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
