**As of July 14, 2025, bids were canceled. No definite date for the rebid.** This Project is Funded by the Federal Transit Administration (Fta) and in Cooperation With the Michigan Department of Transportation (Mdot). The Project is Subject to Prevailing Wage Rates as Attached in Compliance With the Davis-bacon Act and Certified Payrolls Must Be Submitted Weekly. The Federal Requirements for This Project Are Construction Less Than $250,000 and Are Attached. A Signed Copy of Page 1 of the Federal Requirements Must Be Submitted With the Bid. A Signed Copy of the Attached Certification of Compliance With Federal Contract Clauses Must Also Be Submitted With the Bid. Dial-a-ride Window Replacement Project. The Award Will Only Be to a Responsive and Responsible Firm Whose Bid, Conforms to All the Material Terms and Conditions of the Bid. All Bid Prices Must Remain Valid for 60 Days Past the Submission Deadline. All Questions Must Be Submitted in Writing Which Can Be Sent to Cwyman@cityofbr.org. Questions Must Be Submitted 48 Hours Prior to Bid Opening. All Questions and Answers Will Be Sent to All Interested Parties and Posted on the City of Big Rapids Website and Any Other Advertising Websites. Question Deadline 06/09/2025 Any questions regarding the bid package shall be directed to facility Supervisor Dawn Fuller with proper notice. Dawn can be reached via email dfuller@cityofbr.org .
