The scope of this contract shall be to provide repair to damages incurred to an overhead direction sign along the entrance road to the CLT terminal. Work will require night work due to the signage being on the main entrance to the Charlotte Douglas International Airport. Typical Work hours will be Sunday night thru Wednesday night, 2300hrs to 0500hrs, unless otherwise agreed upon by the Company and CLT staff. Fabricate/furnish/remove-damaged/install new aluminum beams where damaged. Fabricate/furnish/remove-damaged/install new aluminum sheet metal/plating (electronic message board). Include all necessary lifting/hoisting equipment for removal/replacement of damaged signage and signage structure. Include all necessary traffic control-CLT will assist with coordination of roadway closures. Include removal and replacement of damaged electrical raceways. Removal/repulling/termination of electrical conductors. Include Superintendent on-site during all repair activities. Electrical work will be included within the scope of repairs and all applicable laws must be adhered to with regards to licensing and certification. CLT reserves the right to revise the terms of the form Contract at any time during the RFP process and to negotiate different terms with the Company.
