Bids are invited on the following: The project generally consists of the construction of a masonry block fieldhouse, restroom and concession stand. A certified check or bank draft, payable to the order of the [Owner], or negotiable U.S. Government Bond (at par value), or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety, in an amount equal to Ten Percent (10%) of the total of the Bid shall be submitted with each bid. Attention is called to the fact that not less than the minimum salaries and wages as set forth in the Contract Documents, prevailing wage rates, must be paid on this project. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. Bids may be held by the Owner for a period not to exceed 60 days from the date of opening of bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders, prior to awarding the contract Question Deadline 05/28/2025 at 4:00 PM ET
