2025 Road Maintenance Program consists, but not limited to all labor, material and equipment necessary or required to complete all proposed improvements. The project generally entails storm sewer improvements, sanitary sewer improvements, milling of existing asphalt roadway, handicap ramp upgrades, new asphalt roadway, curbing (curb & gutter), sidewalk, signage, striping and top soiling / hydro-seeding. If the bidder supplies their own Fed Ex shipping no., Sickels & Associates, Inc. will utilize that information for shipping. The Contract, if awarded, will be to the lowest responsible bidder whose bid proposal conforms to the requirements set forth in the Bidding Documents. The Township will award the Contract or reject the bids within sixty (60) municipal days after the date of the bid opening.
