Work to include 4372 SY milling, 30 SY Base Repair and 460 TN Superpave Wearing Course. Bids must be enclosed in a sealed envelope plainly endorsed on the outside for "2025 STREET IMPROVEMENTS" and be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to the Township of Darby. Attention of bidders is called to all of the requirements contained in this bid packet, particularly to Public Works Employment Verification,various insurance requirements, Central Contractors Registration, various equal opportunity provisions, the requirement for a payment bond and performance bond for 100% of the contract price and a one-year maintenance bond for 10% of the contract price. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids and the right to waive any technicalities which they deem are in the best interest of the Township.
