Site work and paving for a road / highway in Glenolden, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
Work to include approximately 18,640 SY milling, 77 SY base repair, and 1,940 TN wearing course. Sealed bids must be submitted, accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid for each contract, made payable to Darby Township. The envelope should be plainly endorsed for “2025 CDBG ROAD PROGRAM” in the lower left-hand corner. The project is assisted with federal funds and is subject to various federal requirements as noted in the bid documents, including but not limited to equal opportunity provisions, Davis Bacon and Related Acts, Build America Buy America Act, and Section 3 Final rule threshold requirements for contracts over $200,000 in HUD funds. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or parts thereof, and to waive any informality in the bidding as is in the best interest of the Township.
