Contractor agrees to provide Landfill Disposal Site Services to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans), in Plumas County, as described herein: 2. Subcontracting is not permitted under this Agreement. All references to subcontracting or subcontractors as found herein are not applicable to this Agreement. 3. The services shall be performed at within a 50-mile radius of the Quincy Maintenance Station located at 1555 E. Main Street, Quincy, CA 95971 and the Chester Maintenance Station located at 1187 CA-36, Chester, CA 96020. 4. Any reference to Caltrans Contract Manager shall also include designee. 5. This Agreement will commence on July 1, 2025 (estimated), or upon approval by Caltrans, whichever is later, and no work shall begin before that time. This Agreement is of no effect unless approved by Caltrans. Contractor shall not receive payment for work performed prior to approval of the Agreement and before receipt of notice to proceed by Caltrans Contract Manager. This Agreement shall expire on June 30, 2028 (estimated). The services shall be provided between 8:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. except State holidays. The parties may amend this Agreement as permitted by law. 6. All inquiries during the term of this Agreement will be directed to the project representatives listed below. Contractor shall provide advance written notice and receive advance written approval by Caltrans Contract Manager, without the necessity of an amendment, before changing the Project Manager noted below.
