The North Texas Municipal Water District is soliciting bids for the construction of the following project: The OPCC for this project is estimated to be $6M - $7.5M. Set Point Control Implementation Phase V Package 2 All questions regarding this bid shall be submitted in writing, through ntmwd.bonfirehub.com no later than 5:00 PM on Friday, June 6, 2025. Questions received after the deadline may not be answered. The project consists of improvements to 4 delivery site locations throughout Collin County. The project sites include Parker No. 1, Sachse No. 1, Sachse No. 2, and Seis Lagos. Reference sheet G00-03 in the construction plans for a location map. Parker No. 1, Sachse No. 1, and Sachse No. 2 site improvements consist of the construction of a new meter vault and yard piping. The construction will include a control valve, electromagnetic meter, isolation valves, cast-in-place vault, precast concrete building, site and grading improvements, yard piping, and demolition, modification, or abandonment of existing vaults. The Seis Lagos improvements consist primarily of replacing equipment inside of the existing vault. Construction at this site includes a control valve, electromagnetic meter, isolation valves, replacement of the vault concrete lid as well as electrical and instrumentation improvements to existing electrical rooms. Improvements at Seis Lagos also include the construction of approximately 60 LF of 8-inch water line and the removal of approximately 60 LF of existing 6-inch water line and the existing billing meter vault. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
