2024 CFP Unit Modernizations (New HVAC Installation) The Instructions to Bidders, Bid Form, Agreement Between Owner and Contractor, Forms of Bid Bond, Performance and Payment Bonds. Each Bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount of 5% of his total bid, in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. Bids shall be accepted from Contractors who are licensed under LA. R.S. 37:2150-2163 for the classification of online. Bidder is required to comply with provisions and requirements of LA R.S.38:2212 (A)(1)(c). No bid may be withdrawn for a period of forty-five (45) days after receipt of bids, except under the provisions of LA. R.S. 38:2214 38:2215. The OWNER reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Deposits will be refunded to bonafide prime bidders who return the documents in good condition to the offices of Alliance Design Group no later than 10 days after the receipt of bids
