The project is expected to be awarded onMay 28,2025.** The work is to include the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, machinery, permits, certificates, licenses, bonds, insurance, supplies, and services to construct the project. The scope of work includes but not limited to; all existing exterior painted surfaces to be repainted as shown in the construction documents. Submission Cut Off Date = (Deadline for Application submission to online ) * 05/07/2025 Time of completion for the Project shall be Forty-one (41) calendar days from the date established in the Owner's Notice to Proceed. The retention on this project is Five Percent (5%). The lowest bid shall be determined based on the amount of the base bid plus any additive or deductive items. For public works contracts awarded on and after January 1, 2015, those public works projects shall be subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the Department of Industrial Relations. As of March 1, 2015, a contractor or subcontractor shall not be qualified to submit a bid or to be listed in a bid proposal subject to the requirements of California Public Contract Code, Section 4104, unless currently registered and qualified under California Labor Code, Section 1725.5, to perform public work as defined by Division 2, Part 7, Chapter 1 (1720 et seq.) of the California Labor Code. As of April 1, 2015, a contractor or subcontractor shall not be qualified to enter into, or engage in the performance of, any contract of public work (as defined by Division 2, Part 7, Chapter 1 (1720 et seq.) of the California Labor Code) unless currently registered and qualified under California Labor Code, Section 1725.5, to perform public work. The bidder shall have a Class "C-33" license and shall maintain that license in good standing through Project completion and all applicable warranty periods. This Project is subject to labor compliance monitoring and investigative activities by the Compliance Monitoring Unit ("CMU") of the Division of Labor Standards Enforcement, Department of Industrial Relations of the State of California ("DIR").
