The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, thje following: 1. Demolish and replace existing fans. 2. Upgrade controls of new fans. 3. Adjust air plenum to separate intake for AHUs and CPC Room B08. 4. Adjust duct, diffusers, bracings, penetrations, controls and power wiring for proper operation of HVAC equipment. 5. Patch and repair adjustments to roof openings. 6. Patch and repair finishes to match existing. 7. Test and commission new equipment. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
