Work proposed is removal of existing sprayed-in-place polyurethane foam insulation coating from top of existing ribbed-steel roofing. After foam is removed, install screw-attached 6-inch thick insulated metal panels (imps) over air-water barrier membrane. All proposed Work is located within the Municipality of Anchorage corporate limits and is more particularly located on the design drawings. The Work included under this Contract consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and other facilities necessary to successfully complete the Work set forth in the Drawings and Specifications.
