Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Lake Forest, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
All Proposals shall be addressed to Erik Huston, Building Maintenance Supervisor, Municipal Services Facility, 800 N. Field Drive, Lake Forest, IL 60045. Proposals shall be sealed and shall have the name and address of the firm and the contract for which the bid is being submitted, plainly marked 2025 Recreation Center HVAC Rooftop Replacements, on the outside of the envelope. All firms shall develop proposals in accordance with the contract/proposal documents. Description: The City intends to engage the services of a certified contractor to replace existing Recreation Center HVAC Rooftop Units. The City's Recreation Center is located at 400 Hastings Road, Lake Forest, IL 60045.
