TCHC is seeking an experienced Site Servicing Contractors who must have an extensive proven track record in site servicing projects. The project is for the supply and installation of top works for new and existing roadways within Stages III and IV of the Lawrence Heights Revitalization plans - Northeast District (see the General Plans). The work includes concrete sidewalks, top asphalt for the municipal roads, concrete pavers sidewalk intersection ramping, depress curb, disposal of all excess material off site and landscaping and the installation of Low Impact Development (LID) facilities along Green Gardens Boulevard and deep roots terrace. Toronto Community Housing Corporation (TCHC) is seeking a Vendor for the provision of construction services at Lawrence Heights (Northeast District). TCHC will be awarding the project to the highest ranked Proposal. This RFP Category of Work is categorized as Construction.
