The scope of work includes the abatement of hazardous materials and the demolition of structures, utilities, and site improvements across several sites as indicated on the drawings. Hazardous materials include asbestos and which shall be abated and disposed of in a legal manner by a licensed and experienced hazardous material abatement contractor prior to the demolition of any structure.
