Reference Number 0000292727 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/05/16 01:00:00 PM EDT Supply of all chemical, equipment, operators, and personnel for the control of noxious weeds for the entire length (Approx. 30 km) of the Portage Diversion Channel starting at the Diversion Structure (Yellow Quill Trail) to Lake Manitoba and other areas as directed within the vicinity of Portage La Prairie. Completion Model The Contract Will Be Assessed Liquidated Damages in Accordance With the Specification for Liquidated Damages - Completion Specified by Completion Date. Liquidated Damages The Work Must Be Completed by No Later Than July 25, 2025. Daily Liquidated Damages After This Specified Completion Date Will Be Charged to the Contractor at the Rate of Two Hundred Fifty ($500.00) Dollars Per Calendar Day Until the Work is Completed.
