Reference Number 0000294855 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/06/10 12:00:00 PM CDT Supplying, crushing, loading, hauling, depositing, and stockpiling aggregates on, of for use on, roads in the Municipalities of Westlake-Gladstone, North Norfolk and Portage la Prairie. Completion Model The Contract Will Be Assessed Liquidated Damages in Accordance With the Specification for Liquidated Damages - Completion Specified by Completion Date. Liquidated Damages Sub Completion 1 All Work Necessary for the Sub Completion 1 of Supply/deposit Traffic Gravel, Class "C" High Clay Shall Be Completed Free of Daily Liquidated Damages on or Before June 27, 2025. Daily Liquidated Damages After This Specified Sub Completion 1 Date Will Be Charged to the Contractor at the Rate of One Thousand ($1,000.00) Dollars Per Calendar Day Until the Work is Completed. Sub Completion 2 All Work Necessary for the Sub Completion 2 of Supply/deposit Traffic Gravel, Class "C" Shall Be Completed Free of Daily Liquidated Damages on or Before August 8, 2025. Daily Liquidated Damages After This Specified Sub Completion 2 Date Will Be Charged to the Contractor at the Rate of One Thousand ($1,000.00) Dollars Per Calendar Day Until the Work is Completed. Completion Shall Be Defined as Stockpiling Winter Sand. All Remaining Work Shall Be Completed Free of Daily Liquidated Damages on or Before September 5, 2025. Daily Liquidated Damages After This Specified Completion Date Will Be Charged to the Contractor at the Rate of One Thousand ($1,000.00) Dollars Per Calendar Day Until the Work is Completed. The Maximum Liquidation Damage Charge at Any Given Time Shall Be Five Hundred ($1000.00) Dollars Per Calendar Day Until the Work is Completed. Seasonal Shutdown Date The Seasonal Shutdown Date for This Project is October 31, 2025.
