Reference Number 0000294997 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/06/13 12:00:00 PM CDT Supply of all equipment, operators and personnel for the cleaup of debris of approximately 700 Ha of the Portage Diversion Channel starting at the Portage Diversion Control Structure (Yellowquill Trail) to the Outlet Structure at Lake Manitoba in the Rural Municipality of Portage La Prairie. Completion Model The Contract Will Be Assessed Liquidated Damages in Accordance With the Specification for Liquidated Damages - Completion Specified by Completion Date. Liquidated Damages The Work Must Be Completed by No Later Than August 08, 2025. Daily Liquidated Damages After This Specified Completion Date Will Be Charged to the Contractor at the Rate of One Thousand ($1000.00) Dollars Per Calendar Day Until the Work is Completed. Seasonal Shutdown Date The Seasonal Shutdown Date for This Project is October 31, 2025.
