Reference number: 20062026 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2025-05-20 Completion of the Drainage System, Spot Repairs of Asphalt Surface of Runway 13-31, Other Related Work at Grande-Rivière Airport. The mandate consists of finalizing the construction of the drainage system, spot repairs to the asphalt pavement of runway 13-31 and other related work at the La Grande-Rivière airport site, located at km 590 of the Billy-Diamond road. This work includes earthworks related to ditching, installation of pavement foundation drains and cleanout manholes, installation of storm drains and airport manholes, installation of reinforced concrete culverts, temporary removal and reinstallation of runway edge lights, protection of existing electrotechnical equipment, signage and other related work. The construction work must be completely finished, i.e. have been accepted with reserve, 14 weeks after the authorization to start work. Within this period, the service provider has 11 weeks from the date of authorization to start work to complete the entire project.
