Description Summer and Winter Maintenance - Wemindji Road Project number: SD26-5026-3 The Societe de developpement de la Baie-James (the Company) wishes to receive offers regarding the call for tenders designated as title. Summary description of the work The contract involves carrying out summer and winter maintenance work on part of the Wemindji road, between km 16.50 and the intersection of the Billy-Diamond road for a length of 79,60 km. Road maintenance work includes all operations necessary to maintain the road in a safe state for users. The market begins on May 1, 2026, and ends on April 30, 2027, and can be renewed for two additional years. A tender guarantee in the form of a certified check, irrevocable mandate, bank draft or letter of guarantee representing 5% of the total amount of the tender including taxes or in the form of a bond representing 10% of the total amount of the tender including taxes must accompany the tender.
