Reference number: 20122767 There is provision for a tendering process for each tender No Expected duration of the contract without options (in months) 21 The works of this contract represent the construction of a new wellness center of 535 sq.m. in the Cree Community of Nemaska. Built on a single-storey with a light-wood structure, the building is separated in two sections : one for classes and one for consultation offices. The works include the parking of the center, which serves also for the existing Gathering Hall, located on the adjoining site. / Les travaux prevus dans le cadre de ce contrat portent sur la construction d'un nouveau centre de bien-etre de 535 m.ca. dans la Communaute Crie de Nemaska. Construit sur un seul etage avec une structure en bois leger, le batiment est divise en deux sections : l'une pour les cours et l'autre pour les bureaux de consultation. Les travaux comprennent le stationnement du centre, qui sert egalement a la salle de rassemblement existante, situee sur le site adjacent. Delivery schedule Works must begging before May 15th 2026. Substantial acceptance : November 15th, 2027. See section specifications for the scope of works required to proceed with the substantial acceptance. Complete acceptance : February 15th, 2028. / Les travaux doivent debuter avant le 15 mai 2026. Reception provisoire : 15 novembre 2027.
