City of Milwaukie (City) is seeking competitive proposals from qualified and experienced engineering firms for construction inspection services of public improvement and construction projects on an on-call, as needed basis. Proposers should possess strong qualities in communication, timeliness, and competency. A complete description of services is provided under Section 3 of this document. The City intends to award two (2) contracts for a maximum duration of six (6) years and up to $750,000 each. Deadline for changes/clarifications/questions May 22, 2025 2:00 p.m. PDT Deadline to issue addenda May 27, 2025 2:00 p.m. PDT Evaluations of proposals complete June 12, 2025 Posting of notice of intent to award June 13, 2025 Rejection of Proposals City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals received as a result of this RFQ. Proposals may be rejected for one or more of the following reasons, including but not limited to: A. Failure of proposer to adhere to one or more of the provisions established in this RFQ. B. Failure of proposer to submit a proposal in the format specified. C. Failure of proposer to submit a proposal within the time requirements. D. Failure of proposer to adhere to ethical and professional standards before, during, or following the procurement process. City may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public procurement procedures and requirements and may reject for good cause any or all proposals upon findings by the City that it is in the public interest to do so.
