You are invited to review and respond to this Invitation for Bid (IFB) for Switchgear Testing being offered by the Department of General Services, Facilities Management Division (FMD). The State of California (State), Department of General Services (DGS), Facilities Management Division (FMD) manages, maintains and operates state buildings and grounds statewide, pursuant to Government Code Section 14685 (a), which authorizes DGS to establish rules and regulations for the government and maintenance of state buildings and grounds. FMD is procuring services for a 5-year Switchgear Testing on state property. The Bidder shall provide all labor, equipment and materials required to perform a one-time weekend service of a five (5) Year Switchgear Main Breaker Testing services for the equipment identified in Exhibit A, Attachment 1. Service shall include the following: Inspection Testing Switchgear Testing services will be performed at the following location: Department of Water Resources (Building #461) 2440 Main Street Red Bluff, CA 96080 _ The anticipated term of the contract will be for one (1) year.
