**As of June 23,2025 the project was awarded to Legacy Power System, with an awarded amount $67,481.28.** Statement of Need (Scope): This Invitation to Bid is intended to solicit bids from contractors for fiber materials and installation of materials needed for a fiber optic colocation facility within an existing municipal building in the town of Reardan, Lincoln County, WA. Bids are required to include a five percent (5%) bid guarantee in the form of a cashier's check or a bid-bond executed by a licensed bonding company. The Board of Lincoln County Commissioners reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids for good cause. Please be advised that Lincoln County, being a municipal corporation, is exempt from Federal excise tax.
