The Pierce County Skills Center, known hereafter as PCSC, seeks proposals from qualified Contractors to provide landscape maintenance services for all PCSC buildings beginning the 2025-2026 school year. PCSC intends to select qualified contractor to perform Landscape Maintenance Services for the Center. The work includes publicly owned property and therefore must always be maintained to the highest quality standard. Contractor shall provide the labor, equipment, and supplies necessary to perform the specified landscape maintenance services. The City is seeking contractors who can perform the following tasks according to the Annual Maintenance Schedule on Proposal Form 1: Lawn Maintenance Pruning Blowing Services Fertilizing Weed Spraying Weeding Raking Litter pickup The contract will be for a three (3) year period with the option to renew the contract for two (2) additional one-year terms for a total of five (5) years. PCSC reserves the right to cancel the contract for any reason, by written notice, as stipulated in the contract.
