Licensed architects, engineers, and all other consulting professionals who provide services for design and construction are requested to submit Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) for entry into the Bethel School District, Construction & Planning Office, 2026 Consultant Reference File for consideration on all projects of any size and nature, including all support services related to all aspects of design, planning, and construction. Submittal package shall include: 1) A cover letter clearly stating the subject matter as: 2026 Consultant Reference File; list of all services provided; firm's office address(es) with a maximum of three locations in order of priority; M/WBE certification, if applicable. 2) Consultant Qualification Statement including one copy of the firm's state business license indicating the type of ownership; one copy of any professional license or certificate of authorization required by the state which allows the firm to provide the consultant services offered (consultants must be licensed in accordance with applicable RCWs); one copy, if applicable, of a Standard Federal 330 Form and any other pertinent data to assist in evaluations; one copy, if applicable, of the acknowledgment letter from the Office of Minority and Women's Business Enterprises certifying M/WBE status. If a firm wishes to retain its existing SOQ from 2025 on file, submit a letter in place of an SOQ. Qualification submittals for the 2026 Consultant Reference File will be accepted year-round; for best consideration, submit by January 30, 2026. This is not a request for a bid or proposal.
