Description

Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Spanaway, Washington. Completed plans call for the construction of a educational facility.

Cedarcrest Middle School consists of the following bid packages: BP-03.1 Concrete, BP-05.1 Steel Structures, and BP-14.1 Elevators. Sealed bids are to be submitted for each package. A bid bond of 5% of the base bid is required for bids exceeding $300,000, and payment and performance bonds are required for bid packages $300,000 or greater, using the specified contract forms. Bid documents are available either through Building Connected at Cornerstone General Contractor’s plan room or by direct email request to the Construction Manager. Bids must be submitted according to instructions, using the proper forms. Faxed bids, or those not meeting submittal requirements, will not be accepted. All bids must remain valid for 90 calendar days. Cornerstone General Contractors, Inc. is acting as construction manager and not as a general contractor, and all public bidding rules apply. Bids are solicited from all interested subcontractors and suppliers, including small, minority-owned, women-owned, disadvantaged, veteran, disabled veteran, and HUBZone business enterprises.
