Requesting proposals for land acquisition services of property for non-traditional uses within Outagamie County. Scope of Service Outagamie County is requesting proposals for land acquisition services of property for nontraditional uses within Outagamie County. Preference will be given to firms or individuals with direct ownership or operational experience in agricultural or extractive industries and with a history of sales and acquisitions of large tracts of agricultural or vacant land. We are seeking an initial 5-year term with the option of one 5-year extension.
