The City of Lubbock, Community Development is seeking bids from qualified vendors for a minor rehabilitation to a single family residential home repair/remodel. Wet scrape area to be painted, including but not limited to; siding, windows, doors, and trim. Use drop cloths, plastic or other covering to protect soil or other floors / grounds. Clean up all paint chips and dispose of in code legal dump. Exterior Findings: o Side A o Window 4 casing (Intact) o Soffit (Intact) o Side B o Window 6 sash (Intact) o Soffit (Intact) o Side C o Window 8 casing (Intact) Interior Findings: o Bathroom 1 o Door casing and jamb, Side C (Intact) o Bedroom 2 o Baseboard, Side D (Intact) o Hall o Bathroom door, and casing, Side A (Intact) Location- 1518 33rd St Lubbock, TX 79411 Completion- 8 WEEKS Interior: Wet cleaning methods should be used on all window troughs and sills to eliminate the dust levels found on the identified windows. - The door and associated components in the bathroom/hall should be closely monitored for any signs of deterioration and immediately stabilized if any signs are observed. - The baseboard in Bedroom 2 should be closely monitored for any signs of deterioration and immediately stabilized if any signs are observed.
