Preventative and corrective maintenance services for express lanes infrastructure on Interstate 580 (I-580) and I-680 in Alameda County. Express lanes infrastructure includes fiber optic networks, power service infrastructure, pull boxes, cabinet foundations, and sign panels. Preventive maintenance may include visual inspection and assessment of express lanes infrastructure on a regular basis (e.g., quarterly). Corrective maintenance may include assessment of damaged infrastructure, preparation of estimates for repair, procurement of replacement parts, and labor to perform repairs. This contract will be funded in whole or in part by Toll Revenue funds and as such, will not be subject to a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program or the Alameda CTC Local Business Contract Equity Program. However, Alameda CTC strongly encourages each proposer to consider the use of disadvantaged, local and/or small business enterprises in its proposal.
