Request for proposals to provide professional design services for the seismic retrofit and rehabilitation of madera tank south (no. 1031) and stearns tank south (no. 1 ), cp76300021 and cp76300066 uestions and/or concerns will be addressed at this meeting. Interested parties should RSVP to Lauren Gallardo at lgallardo@simivalley.org. Last Day to Submit Questions June 4, 2025. The following items should be considered a framework for the Scope of Work to be used in the proposal preparation. The Proposer is encouraged to incorporate items deemed necessary to meet the needs of the City/District in completion of the Design. The Design scope includes, but may not be limited to, the following renovations: _ Tank infrastructure upgrades and retrofits to meet current Seismic Building Code requirements; _ New piping, fittings, meters, valving, and incidental infrastructure upgrades; _ New Telemetry: Electrical, SCADA, instrumentation and control system upgrades to the tank sites; _ New small generator connections (backup power) with automatic transfer switches to provide emergency power at the tank sites to power small loads generally consisting of the SCADA system, radios, seismically actuated valves, and, if feasible, motor operated gates; _ Site fencing, gates, minor paving, and security improvements to the tank sites.
