Description: Furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and skill required for work as described in the Bidding Documents. Additional Description: This is a campground electrical site improvement project at Baker Regional Park located in Maple Plain, Minnesota. The project generally includes, but is not limited to, distribution equipment upgrades, RV pedestal improvements, and construction of associated underground wiring and service laterals in campground loops B, D, G, and F. Electrical service work associated with utility transformers and primary service laterals will be completed by Xcel Energy outside of this contract. The Owner will be responsible for site restoration. The project has a Base Bid with two Alternates for consideration, as noted below: a. Base bid: - All campground electrical site improvements associated with campground loops B and F. - Provide two new GFCI receptacles in campground loop C. - New phone charging station in campground loop B provided by Owner and installed by Contractor. The contractor shall also provide a 120-volt power connection to the new phone charging station. b. Alternate #1: - All campground electrical site improvements associated with campground loop G. c. Alternate #2 - All campground electrical site improvements associated with campground loop D. Bid Notes : Any person monitoring the meeting remotely may be responsible for any documented costs.
