Renovation of a laboratory facility in Newport News, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a laboratory facility.

Replace the entire drive train on the cooling tower cells . Drive train parts to be replaced include the fan shaft, bearings, sheaves, bushings, belt and motor. Replacement fan parts shall be factory provided and assembled and installed to match previously removed. After removal of the old parts, inspect mechanical supports for defects and report any findings to JLAB personnel prior to proceeding with install of new parts. Verify proper operation and fan rotation after install is complete. Period of Performance: Project Completion September 26, 2025 All inquiries regarding this solicitation must be received no later than 06-18-2025 to allow JSA sufficient time to respond. Please reference the solicitation number in your correspondence. Notice to Proceed: A Notice to Proceed will be issued after receipt of acceptable bonds. a) Bid Bond- Due with proposal b) Performance Bond - due 5 days post award c) Payment Bond - due 5 days post award
