Renovation of a military facility in Newport News, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.

Building 401 is a three-winged, two-story, pre-existing structure with a total of one hundred-forty (140) occupants. The project will also include the replacement/upgrade of the fire alarm and suppression system, the replacement/upgrade of plumbing system, the repair/replacement of electrical power and distribution systems, the repair/replacement of the lighting and grounding systems throughout the entire facility, and the replacement/upgrade of the telecommunications systems.
