Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Midland, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and for outdoor lighting for a road / highway.
This project provides for improvements to the Golden Given/99th Street East intersection by constructing an urban roundabout with truck apron, crosswalks, cement concrete traffic curb and gutter, and pervious concrete sidewalks. These improvements will also include street lighting, Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacons (RRFB) at the new crosswalks, and an enclosed storm drainage conveyance system, and other work in accordance with and as described in the Plans and Specifications. Question Submission Deadline: May 28, 2025, 4:00pm Any prospective Bidder desiring an explanation or interpretation of the Bid Documents must request the explanation or interpretation in writing via the Pierce County Procurement and Contract Services website Cost Range: $1,700,000 - $2,000,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
