Renovation of an educational facility in Lake Stevens, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
All Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes with the Bidders name, address, the name of the project and the deadline date and time appearing on the OUTSIDE of the envelope. It is the sole responsibility of the Bidders to see that their Bids are delivered by the designated time. No responsibility will be taken by the District for wrong delivery by any Bidder, for delays in the US Mail or delivery services, or internal district mail, or for misaddressed or misrouted Bids. Each Bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond, cashiers check, or certified check made payable to Lake Stevens School District No. 4 in an amount of not less than five percent of Bidder's Basic Bid. The Owner reserves the right to accept the lowest or any other Bid, the right to reject any or all Bids, and the right to waive any irregularities in any Bid.
