A The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the removal and replacement of approximately 11,400 square feet of the existing roof system, including the insulation, on the Jackson County 4H Building in Jefferson, GA. There is also an add alternate to include the removal and replacement of an additional approximately 7,000 square feet of the existing roof system. The project will also consist of the removal and disposal of abandoned roof top equipment.
