parking lots resurfacing project and related work consisting of the following approximate quantities: 1 Cold Milling, 2" 2,700 SYD 2 HMA Mix 5EL 305 TON 3 Hand Patching 5 TON 4 Pavmt Marking (Match Existing) 1 LSUM 5 Remove/Install Handicap Stall Signs 1 LSUM A certified check or bidders bond in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the proposal will be required with each proposal. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive irregularities in proposals and to accept the proposal, which in the opinion of the City Council is most advantageous to the City. No bid shall be withdrawn after the opening of bids for a period of thirty (30) days after the scheduled time of receiving bids.
