Fully adhere 1/8 " tapered insulation system over existing BUR system. Install fully adhered 45 mil fleece-back KEE roofing membrane. Add 2x wood nailers at roof edge as needed to accommodate insulation thickness. Provide .050 aluminum fascia / roof edge metal. Provide manufacturer's 20-year ndl warranty. ALTERNATE 1: Demolish the high school's abandoned chimney stack in its entirety above roof deck. provide roof deck infill to allow new roofing to cover. BONDS: A five percent (5%) Bid Bond shall accompany bids over $50,000.00. The successful bidder will be required to provide a Performance Bond, Labor and Material Bonds, and certificates of Liability and Worker's Compensation Insurance 1. Each bid shall be accompanied by a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship that exists between the owner or any employee of the bidder and any member of the Niles Community Schools board of education or the superintendent of the school district. 2. No bidder may withdraw their bid for a period of Thirty (30) calendar days after the date set for bid opening 4. This is a prevailing wage project. The awarded contractor will be required to pay not less than the current published rates. 5.
