Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Niles, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

All bidders are required to sign a certification that they will comply with all Federal and State non-discrimination laws and regulations. This is a project funded in part through the US Department of Housing and Urban Development, CDBG Program and in part by area foundations. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive irregularities in proposals and to accept the proposal that in the opinion of the City Council is most advantageous to the City. No bid shall be withdrawn after the opening of bids for a period of thirty (30) days after the scheduled time of receiving bids.
