The intent of this Request for Proposal ("RFP") is for the County of Loudoun, Virginia (County) to obtain proposals from a qualified Consultant to perform comprehensive Construction Engineering Inspection (CEI) Services during the construction of the Waxpool Road (Route 625) and Loudoun County Parkway (Route 607) Intersection Improvements ("Project").
