Renovation of a municipal facility in Nazareth, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
This project has been cancelled. The project consists of interior renovations to the existing NCCD office location. The work in connection with this project constitutes Public Works by a Public Body under the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. Bidders are advised that prevailing minimum wage rates, promulgated by the Pennsylvania Secretary of Labor, must be paid to workers employed on this project. No bid may be withdrawn within (60) days of the bid opening date. NCCD reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive any bidding informalities. Bids will be unsealed at a meeting of the NCCD Resources-Facilities Committee on July 17, 2025 NCCD Board of Directors meeting. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in favor of NCCD at 10% of the total bid price. Said bond shall be subject to the conditions in the Instructions for Bidders.
