The contract is for loading, transportation, and disposition of aerobically digested, Class B biosolids dewatered cake produced at the Wastewater Treatment Plant, with disposition to take place at beneficial use sites, third-party processing sites, and/or landfill as specified by the bidder. All bids must be submitted on bid forms provided and must include a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent of the total bid price, payable to The Nazareth Borough Municipal Authority. The Authority staff will review bids and make a recommendation for award to the Board, which reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to award as deemed in the best interests of the Authority.
