The Confederated Tribes of the Warm Springs Reservation of Oregon N Estimated 198,500 Sf of Emulsified Asphalt Chip Seal Surface Treatment in a Double Shot Chip Seal in Warm Springs Work to Be Performed in Accordance With the 2024 Edition of the Oregon Standard Specifications for Construction. Estimated Quantity of 772 Tons of Chip Aggregate, 82 Tons of Oil/asphalt Emulsion, and 12 Tons of Emulsified Asphalt Fog. All Work to Be Performed Under Davis Bacon Wage Rates. a. This IFB covers double shot chip seal of M-300 Rd b. Work includes hauling and placing approximately 772 tons of chip aggregate in a double shot chip seal on the M-300 Rd at a 2-inch depth by placing two lifts at 1-inch depth per lift. All other materials, labor and equipment needed to complete the Emulsified Asphalt Chip Seal Treatment items as set forth in the Bid Schedule shal be provided by the successful bidder. c. Warm Springs Construction Enterprise is the prime contractor for this contract and shall provide the following items as need to complete work: i. Construction Survey to layout stationing requirements set forth in plans. ii. Temporary Traffic Control devices, traffic Safety Supervision, Pilot Car and Flaggers as needed for Subcontractor to perform work. iii. Quality Assurance Inspection for Subcontractors work. d.
