Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Merced, California. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.

The work to be performed includes, but is not limited to, contractor to demo/remove existing concrete sidewalk, existing bikeway, existing curb and gutter, existing asphalt concrete, existing trees, contractor to install new concrete bikeway, new concrete sidewalk, new curb & gutter, new concrete driveways, new concrete stamps, new type a 1-6 curbs, new asphalt concrete, new steel plates, new speed hump signs, new truncated domes (3'x1 O'), new speed hump striping and new bollards, adjust manhole to new grade, and new 4" C900 water main. The project is located at the Santa Fe Strip Park Sidewalk from Yosemite Avenue To Black Rascal Creek. Bids are required for the entire work described herein. BID SECURITY: Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified or cashiers check or Bid Bond in the amount of 10 percent of the total bid price, payable to the City of Merced.
