Description

Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Lexington, Kentucky. Working plans call for the construction of a 13,900-square-foot medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.

Construct a new ten-bed Small Home to support the new Community Living Center (CLC) Community at the Franklin R. Sousley Campus. Provide all tools, equipment, materials, labor, supervision, and management to perform all construction in accordance with VA drawings, specifications, regulations, and all applicable governing agency requirements. Prepare the site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish all labor and materials to perform work as required. Deliver approximately 13,900 square feet of new construction and complete the full intent of project 596-334, ensuring all work necessary for a complete and functional system is included even if not specifically identified in the contract documents.
