Site work and renovation of a theater / auditorium in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a theater / auditorium; and for site work for a theater / auditorium.
The central courtyard of the Manitoba Centennial Centre complex requires new pavers to be installed and existing pavers to be lifted, re-graded, and re-installed to accommodate electrical and irrigation conduit installations by others. Also, the courtyard was originally built in 2010 and through the years existing pavers have settled unevenly causing concerns which need to be corrected. It is anticipated that this work will occur during daytime hours between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM. This project is anticipated to start June 23rd and be completed by no later than September 12th, 2025. MCCC, in its entire discretion, may reject or accept all or any part of a Proposal or any of the Proposals submitted in response to this RFQ. MCCC is under no obligation whatsoever to accept the Proposal and/or quote with the lowest cost or any Proposal.
