By submission of a bid, if the bid is accepted, the contractor agrees to enter into a contract with Mercer County Housing Authority to complete all work as specified in the attached scope of work for the quoted price and within the contract time agreed 150 days. The contractors should be advised that prior to the award of any contract, Mercer County Housing Authority reserves the right to conduct a pre-award survey for the purpose of determining the bidders responsible and responsive capacity to fulfil the contract.
